#18 What is the ideal wire size for my light?

I just purchased the HYPERLITE 4FT LED Vapor Tight Light Fixture 40W 8 fixtures, however I need longer wire than what you've included what is the ideal wire size / type for me to use.

As for 8pcs 40w Vapor Tight Lights, you need 18AWG wire to get them daisy chained.
